POWER STEP

Do you like choreography and challenges?

Join us with this cardio class and exercise your body and mind. The choreographies are simple and the exercises create a strengthened and toned body. The classes include a platform (step) and we perform all exercises of different levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Take care of yourself today. You deserve!

CONDITION

A class that aims to bring together the best of both worlds ... strength and cardio training. Localized and intense exercises to maximize fat burning and increase muscle tone.

EXTREME

Eliminates fat and improves fitness!

Extreme is a high intensity interval training class with 30 minutes. It is perfect for decreasing the percentage of fat mass and increasing cardiorespiratory capacity. A class in which material can be used, or just the weight of the body itself, can have long or short rest intervals (our favorites :)) and for this reason it is as challenging as possible. Take care of your heart!

POWER PUMP

Find your strength!

The Power Pump is a 45-minute class, without impact, with the use of weights and bars to give your body a complete and intense workout. Increases metabolism, burns fat and builds muscle. Many repetitions and high loads ... this is the motto!

BUMBUM

Glutes, Abdominals and Legs

45-minute class that aims to tone, improve endurance and strength of legs, glutes and abdomen. Seems little? We believe that at the end of each class our customers do not feel the same :)

INSANITY ABS

Shall we make some planks?

Do you like abdominal training and don't have much patience and time to do it ?! These classes are right for you, they are only 15 minutes long but we promise that your abdomen will boil!

HIP HOP FITNESS KIDS

The sun dances with the moon, you dance with me!

Join us at Hip Hop Fitness Kids, a class designed for the little ones (from 5 years old) but which is also open to adults. 1 Hour of pure dance in the style of modern hip hop, where there is a mix of various dance styles, adapted to R&B and Pop music, it turns out to be an alternative form of physical activity, where you can have fun and dance.
